Staten Island has been making the news lately for three things: MTV Jersey Shore’s cast, the mountains of snow that can’t be moved, and Juan Rodriguez. Remember him? In October of last year, Rodriquez was arrested on several counts of indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct while at a Philadelphia democratic rally. He was hoping his stunt would make him $1 million dollars.
Alki David, the owner of Battlecam.com, offered to pay anyone a million dollars as long as they (1) Got naked, (2) Wrote Battlecam.com on their chest, (3) Shouted out Battlecam.com six times, (4) and was in ear and eye shot of President Obama all while capturing the footage on video.
The verdict is in for the 24 year old Staten Island native. Instead of receiving the million dollars for his nudity, a judge gave Rodriguez two years probation in New York. Somehow escaping the three to twenty three months in jail the prosecution was hoping for, Rodriguez summed up his actions to ABC by saying “Sometimes wacky things happen in our lives.”

Im sorry but in any other situation people would just laugh. Obama went on making political speeches at the memorial. That should have been probation.
I agree with Shannon!!!! I got a great laugh out of it and think any jail time would have been unnecessary
