YNY MOS: Is New York Ready for Spring?

It seems like Mother Nature can’t quite make up her mind. The fluctuating temperatures have some New Yorkers wearing skirts in 30 degree weather and winter wool coats on a sunny 65 degree day. The groundhog saw his shadow so it should mean Spring is due to come early, right? Well after being attacked by eight snowstorms this winter, Yeah New York dove into the streets of Times Square to ask, “Are you ready for Spring?”
