The Hip-Hop community is mourning the loss of DJ Megatron. Corey “Megatron” Mcgriff was shot and killed early this Sunday morning. At 2am the DJ who appeared on BET’s 106 and Park and was also a regular on Hot 97 was pronounced dead on the scene. According to the Daily News, “The Staten Island resident had just moved to a new house and his girlfriend recently gave birth to his third child.” So far detectives have not been able to track down any eyewitnesses to the murder.
