Rising gas prices are affecting the country day by day and New York has second most expensive. In the last two weeks, it has doubled by $1.99 and may keep rising in the coming months. Salt Lake City may be happy with cheap prices but New Yorkers are not. People turn to the subway to save money however, this time they came across with the MTA’s new Metrocard price hike. New Yorkers are proud of being from the city that never sleeps. But when it’s about gas prices, they are not proud of it. Yeah New York asked New Yorkers for their opinions and thoughts on the rise of gas prices. Will New Yorkers protest or look for new solutions? Let’s find out.
