Check out Universes – a multitalented collective of writers, musicians and performance artists taking the stage this Sabado from 6:30 to 8:30. The show is an artful collision of poetry, politics, funk, jazz, blues and theater featuring Steven Sapp, Gamal A. Chasten, Mildred Ruiz-Sapp, and Ninja. This event begins a series of poetry-infused performances hosted and curated by the award winning Latino writer and activist Emanual Xavier.
